Scope of this policy

This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to purchases of CMMCPulsar.

Digital product and immediate performance. CMMCPulsar is a digital software service. Performance begins immediately when access is provisioned, the Service becomes available to you, or digital materials, templates, or exports are delivered.

Cancellations and refunds

• All sales are final once performance begins, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• There are no prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
• We may refuse refund requests when we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or other manipulative behavior, to the extent permitted by law.
