Understand which organization does what
Federal Bid Partners LLC supports federal contracting work including SAM.gov registration, proposal development, GSA MAS support, and cybersecurity readiness. Pulsar Technology LLC develops the Pulsar family of platforms. CMMC Pulsar is the readiness and evidence workspace in that ecosystem.
The FBP team includes co-founders Weston Zloty and Daniel Zloty. Their public profiles describe complementary responsibilities in strategy, oversight, delivery, and compliance. The company’s official team page provides more information about the wider team.
Choosing a starting point? Read what CMMC Level 1 requires, the applicability decision guide, and how to budget for readiness. These explain the preparation work that software and optional FBP support can help organize.
Start an engagement with an explicit division of responsibilities
Before work begins, identify who operates the systems, who can approve changes, who maintains the readiness record, and who reviews the result. A service provider may help structure the effort, but the organization still needs people who can explain its environment and authorize the necessary work.
A useful kickoff agenda includes the applicable contract requirements, the information and systems involved, the internal IT lead, outside providers, and the person responsible for each decision. Agree on the deliverables and the technical work required rather than assuming every task is included in a software subscription or a service package.
Turn the plan into a connected workspace
- Set the scope. Record the program, relevant organization details, and the environment being addressed. Resolve uncertain boundaries before building a large evidence collection.
- Describe the implementation. Connect each requirement to the people and systems involved. Keep planned work separate from implemented safeguards.
- Organize the architecture. Use diagrams and asset details to help explain information flows, connections, and provider responsibilities.
- Link the supporting records. Give evidence a clear purpose, owner, and review context so that another person can understand why it is present.
- Manage the remaining work. Give gaps an owner and next step. Verify completed changes before treating the associated item as closed.
This is a suggested operating workflow. Tailor it to the engagement, the actual environment, and the current requirements. The homepage product tour shows the software screens that can support these steps.
Make meetings about decisions and blockers
Use a recurring review to answer a few concrete questions: what changed, what evidence was added, which gap is blocked, and who needs to make the next decision? Reviewing the same connected record helps keep the technical and documentation work aligned.
When a provider says work is complete, ask what changed and how it was checked. When a document is updated, ask whether the underlying implementation supports the new description. These habits make the workspace useful between formal milestones.
Choose a practical next step
If you need a software view first, explore the screenshot library and the short homepage walkthrough. If your organization needs help organizing the work, request a conversation with the FBP team about your scope and responsibilities.
Bring a high-level description of the environment and your questions. Keep CUI, export-controlled information, and sensitive contract material out of a public inquiry. The first conversation should establish the right next step and an appropriate way to exchange any detailed records.
